Purchase agreement:
When you have passed an order to us, has a purchase agreement. Would you cancel or change your order yet you can do so free of charge within 48 hours. Also, you have the right, in agreement to Exchange or to return the ordered within 14 days of purchase. Of course we are following the law.
Offers and prices:
Offers of articles are valid as long as stocks last. We reserve the right to remove articles, texts, prices and modify or change. All prices and texts are subject to typographical errors. All on the Web shop prices are in euros and include VAT but exclude shipping costs.
Orders:
If products are in stock the delivery time, after we have received the total amount, minimum 2 days and up to 7 days. It can sometimes occur that 1 or more articles not in stock. If this is the case we will contact you. We you messages about the State of affairs by e-mail. If an article sold out, then you will receive message.
Payment:
We only accept advance payments or payment upon pick up. We ask you kindly to the payment within 7 days of your order.
We ship your order with Post.nl or DPD. If a order is lost, then the responsibility lies with Post.nl however, you can choose to send by registered mail. If you have entered wrong data with your order, then we are not responsible for any incorrect delivery.
We make every effort to indicate delivery time, from 2 to 5 working days. If an article no longer be delivered within 30 days, for any reason, you will receive this message. You shall in that case have the right to cancel the order, and it is paid back already deposited into your bank account. We are not liable for any damage you may suffer due to the fact that the delivery is not on the address you provided.
Complaints and liability:
You have the obligation to inspect on delivery or the articles agreed with the ordered. If this is not the case, please contact us via email within 24 hours, on. If it appears that the articles do not match as agreed, we can return the relevant articles to be replaced by new products or the purchase price refund to your bank account.
